Academic Mobility: Developing Cooperation and Enhancing the Quality of Education

Within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the medical colleges of the Institute of Modern Information Technologies in Education and the Avicenna International Medical University, a one-month academic mobility program is being implemented.

The program provides for the delivery of classes by faculty members of the partner colleges in accordance with the approved plan. In particular, a lecturer of the discipline “Human Anatomy and Physiology” from the medical college of the Institute of Modern Information Technologies in Education is delivering lecture-stream classes to first-year students of the medical college of Avicenna International Medical University.

In turn, a lecturer from the medical college of Avicenna International Medical University is conducting classes for students of the college of the Institute of Modern Information Technologies in Education. As part of the exchange of pedagogical experience, faculty members of профиль disciplines as well as representatives of the college administrations are participating in the activities.

The implementation of the program promotes the exchange of modern educational methodologies, the improvement of professional competencies of lecturers, and the enhancement of the quality of training for future medical specialists. During the month, additional faculty members of профиль disciplines will also be involved in the academic mobility activities.
