Access to the “Feed back” for appeals is carried out on working days from 8:00 to 17:00 hours. The collection of appeals is carried out every Tuesday, at 12.00. by the commission for opening the “Feed back”, created in all structural divisions. If available an Act of seizure of appeals is drawn up in the mailbox . After the seizure of written appeals, their registration and consideration are carried out in accordance with this provision. After each opening of the “Feed back” is sealed with the signature of all those present, which is recorded in the Log of the opening of the “Feed back”.
